Once upon a time, there were two best friends named Lily and Mary. They were both in elementary school and always helped each other out whenever they could.
One day, Lily was struggling with her math homework. She just couldn't figure out how to solve the problem. Mary noticed that Lily was upset and asked her what was wrong. Lily explained the problem to Mary, and Mary immediately offered to help her. Together, they worked on the problem and finally found the solution. Lily was so grateful for Mary's help and thanked her profusely.
A few days later, it was Mary's turn to need help. She was having trouble with her science project and didn't know where to start. Lily could see that Mary was stressed out, so she sat down with her and brainstormed ideas for the project. They worked together to create a plan and Mary felt much better knowing that she had Lily's support.
From that day on, Lily and Mary continued to help each other with their schoolwork and any other challenge
s that came their way. They knew that they could always count on each other, and their friendship only grew stronger as a result.
And so, Lily and Mary learned the valuable lesson that true friendship means always being there for each other, no matter what.
