The Most Adorable Person in My Heart
Hi there! My name is Lily and I'm 10 years old. Today I want to tell you all about the most adorable person in my heart - my grandma! Her name is Liu Hulan and she is the cutest, sweetest, most loving grandma ever.
Grandma Hulan lives with us in our house. Every morning when I wake up, I go straight to her room to give her a big hug and kiss on the cheek. She always has the biggest smile on her face when she sees me. Her smile makes me so happy inside! Grandma has the kindest eyes that crinkle up when she laughs. And let me tell you, she laughs a whole lot! Grandma is always so cheerful and joyful.
Even though Grandma is old (she's 78!), she has a fun, playful side. We love having tickle fights and playing make-believe games together. Sometimes we pretend we're explorers trekking through the jungle (which is actually just our backyard!). Other times we're princesses getting ready for a royal ball in our castle (the living room). No matter what we play, Grandma always gets really into it and makes it so much fun and exciting!
Grandma is also an amazing cook. She makes the most delicious dumplings, noodles, and other yummy Chinese foods. My favorite is her beef and veggie stir-fry - it's out of this world! Whenever I help Grandma in the kitchen, she teaches me all her secret cooking tips and recipes. I hope I can cook as well as her when I'm older.
One of the things I love most about my grandma is how caring and thoughtful she is. If I'm ever feeling sad or upset about something, Grandma always knows just what to do to cheer me up. Sometimes she'll surprise me with my favorite treat like ice cream or chocolates. Other times she'll read me stories, brush my hair, or simply give me a warm hug that makes me feel so loved. No matter what, Grandma is always there for me.
Grandma is truly the most adorable person in my heart. She brings so much joy, laughter, and love into my life every single day. I feel so lucky to have such an amazing grandma. I hope I can be just like her when I'm a grandma someday - kind, caring, fun, and absolutely adorable! I love you, Grandma!

姥姥是个很有趣的人。她每天都会给我讲好多好多有趣的故事,有关于小时候家乡的事,也有她年轻时做过的好多好玩的事情。她讲故事的时候还会做一些逗人的手势和动作,把故事讲得生动有趣极了,总能把我给逗乐。
姥姥做的手工活也超级拿手!她会编织、钩针、剪窗花……她给我编过好多漂亮的毛衣和帽子。去年冬天,她还给我钩了一条超暖和的大围巾,我穿着它去上学从来不怕冷。姥姥说,她小时候家里穷,自己就得动手做很多东西,所以她的手艺才这么好。

我最喜欢和姥姥在一起的时光就是夏天放暑假的时候。那时候爸爸妈妈都在上班,我就整天跟在姥姥身边。姥姥会领着我到家附近的小山坡去采野果、摘野菜,教我认识各种各样的小动物和植物。有时候我们还会顺便钓钓小鱼玩。
姥姥是个特别体贴、善良的人。她经常主动去帮助别人,做很多好事。比如每年冬天,她都会给我们院子里的小动物们准备些吃的,免得它们饿着了。邻居家有谁生病了,她也会亲手做些补品小吃送过去。大家都很喜欢姥姥,尊敬她。
我最敬佩的就是姥姥的这份善良和乐于助人的品质。虽然她上年纪了,也没啥文化,但她的为人处世之道无可挑剔。我长大后也要像姥姥一样,做一个善良、乐于助人的好人。有了姥姥这样的榜样在身边,我觉得自己的人生道路一定会走得很顺利。

The Most Adorable Person in My Heart
Who is the most adorable person in my heart? It's my mom! My mom is the best mom in the whole wide world. She takes care of me every single day and always makes sure I am happy.
My mom has pretty brown eyes and long black hair. Her smile is so warm and kind. It makes me feel safe and loved whenever I see her smiling at me. She gives the tightest, most wonderful hugs too! I love hugging my mom.
Even though she works really hard at her job, my mom still finds time to play with me. We have a special game where we pretend to be animals. I'll be a ferocious lion and she'll be a brave zookeeper. We roar and chase each other around until we're both out of breath from laughing so much!
My mom is an amazing cook too. She makes the yummiest meals, like spaghetti with meatballs and chicken fried rice. My favorite is her chocolate chip cookies - they are delicious! She always makes sure I eat my vegetables though, even if I don't want to.
The thing I admire most about my mom is how kind she is to everyone. She volunteers at a shelter feeding people who don't have homes. She's always giving me lessons about treating others with respect, no matter who they are. My mom has the purest heart.
