    Finding oneself is a journey that everyone must take at some point in their lives. It is a process of self-discovery that involves understanding one's values, beliefs, strengths, weaknesses, and passions. For me, this journey began when I was in college and trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life.
    I started by exploring different fields of study and taking courses that interested me. Through this process, I discovered my passion for psychology and decided to pursue a career in the field. However, it wasn't until I started working in the field that I truly began to understand myself.
    As I worked with clients and helped them navigate their own challenges, I began to see patterns in my own behavior and thought processes. I realized that I had a tendency to be a perfectionist and that this often held me back from taking risks and pursuing my goals. I also
discovered that I had a deep desire to help others and that this was a core value that guided my decisions.
    Through this process of self-discovery, I have learned to embrace my strengths and weaknesses and to use them to my advantage. I have also learned to prioritize my values and to make decisions that align with them. This has led me to a fulfilling career and a sense of purpose in my life.
