Letter of appointment for representatives of labour and ethics managers   
 
“The XXX Group Code of Conduct” sets out the rules for ethical conduct by employees and sets binding guidelines for the conduct of THE XXX Group's management, leadership and all employees. All personnel must comply with their rules and regulations.   
    《XXX集团行为准则》列出了员工商务道德行为的规则，并为 XXX 集团的管理层、领导人员和所有员工的行为设定了具有约束力的指导方针。所有人员必须遵守其规定和法律法规。
As a basic document for employees to understand the company's culture, labor policy and management system, “Employee Manual”管理者代表 is formulated on the basis of national labor laws and regulations, with the aim of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers.        
    《员工手册》作为员工了解公司文化、劳工政策和管理制度的基础性文件，其制定以国家劳动法律法规依据，目的是保障劳动者的合法权益。
To ensure that “The XXX Group Code of Conduct” and “Employee Handbook” are understood and implemented by employees and stakeholders, Now appointed Mr. Martin Yang as the representative of the Labour and Ethics Manager, to develop and implement procedures, to monitor the implementation of procedures, and to ensure that XXX labor management and employee business conduct comply with manuals and guidelines.
      为确保《XXX集团行为准则》和《员工手册》在公司能被员工和相关方得到理解和执行，现委任  xxx 先生为公司劳工和道德管理者代表，制定和实施相关程序，监督程序文件的执行，保障 XXX公司劳工管理和员工商业行为符合手册和准则要求。
