班会设计
通过以上环节的设计，我相信可以让学生在轻松愉快的氛围中，发现并肯定自己的长处，提高自我认识能力，从而提升自信心。同时，我也希望通过这次班会，让学生明白自信的重要性，从而在未来的研究和生活中更加自信、积极地面对挑战。
子们走向自信、走向成功。因此，这节班会的主题是“自信的力量”。
在第一环节中，我们将引入一款牌类游戏，以此引出自信的内涵。我们希望学生们能够在游戏
中抱着必胜的信念，全力以赴来完成游戏。
在第二环节中，我们将介绍XXX这位著名的乒乓球运动员。她的成功离不开自信的眼神和气势。我们希望通过这个例子让学生们认识到自信是成功的基础，相当重要。
在第三环节中，我们将阐明自我肯定和赏识自己是建立自信的基础。我们会通过一个实际的例子，让学生们了解到自己对自己说“我能行”的信念可以帮助他们克服困难，取得成功。
在第四环节中，我们将开展自我赏识的活动。学生们可以夸自己，谈谈自我赏识的感受等等，从而让他们知道每个人都有长处，关键是我们要拥有一双发现自己长处的眼睛。
在第五环节中，我们将开展借助他人，赏识自己的活动。学生们将分组赏识，再在班级前让个别同学赏识某个人。我们希望通过这个活动让学生们从别人那里得到印证，从而增强快乐体验，增强自信。
在第六环节中，我们将让学生们说出自己的格言，并讨论班级整体的奋斗目标的格言。我们希望通过这个环节实现语言激励提升自信心的作用。
在第七环节中，老师将进行总结性和激励性的结语。我们希望让学生们对自己多进行积极肯定的评价，同时也适时诚恳地肯定他人。我们希望打造一个自信的集体，让每个人都能扬起人生自信的风帆，从这里起航。
最后，在歌曲《相信自己》的旋律中，班会将圆满结束。我们希望通过这节班会，能够引领孩子们走向自信、走向成功。
