How to Be a Good Learner?
电脑突然没声音了As a good learner, we should have good habits and ways in learning. We need to get ready for our lessons before class and always listen carefully in class. After class, we must go over the lessons and finish our homework on time. Its good to study in groups and help each other. As a student, working hard is important, but dont forget to do sports and keep health. We should do more reading in our free time. If we have any problems, we心出发’d better ask others for help.

There are many ways for us to reduce waste. We can do something in our daily life. For example, we should turn the light off when we dont use it. We should also save water. When we go shopping we can take our own bags instead of plastic bags. We can also recy
cle some bottles and old newspapers/waste paper. We can reuse paper and plastic bags. We can also recycle newspapers to make new things. Many people write on only one side of their paper. Why not try to use both sides?

I am the monitor of Class3, Grade 9, No.22 Middle School. Recently I have made a survey of the students in my class on ways to relax after class.
There are 60 students in my class (31boys and 29 girls). Different students have different ways to relax. Half of the students often watch TV. 12 students like to play computer games or chat with classmates on the Internet while 8 enjoy listening to music. 5 students think doing sports is a good way and another five are too busy to relax.
(As we study too long every day and suffer from too much pressure, every student should choose proper ways to relax. In my opinion, watching TV or playing computer games is not a proper way to help us relax.)I think taking exercise is a proper way because it can rest our brains and eyes. Besides, it can help improve our health.

  I have studied in my middle school for three years. I have learned a lot. I have learned not only how to make friends but also how to talk to others. I have many hobbies. I like sports. 怎样保持健康的身体(How to Keep Healthy)
      As we know, keeping healthy is important to us. But what should we do      to keep healthy?
      First,we should get up early. we should eat healthy food, drink a lot      of water and do more exercise . Food can give us energy. Doing exercise can make us strong. Second,we should change clothes often, wash hands often, keep the air fresh and clean
and do house cleaning often to stop germs from getting into our bodies. You shouldn’t keep long fingernails.
      At last, we should go to see a doctor at once if we don’t feel well.
We should do sports every morning or every evening and often open windows to keep the air fresh. Wash our hands often,especially before meals and have healthy food and drink enough water every day. We shouldn't spit everywhere. If everyone has a good habit, we would keep fit.
