Staying  healthy is very important for us .  As the saying goes,“Health  is  better  than wealth ”. So, we should stay healthy . I will say something about  my ways to stay healthy.
In order to eat healthily, I don’t eat unhealthy food like snacks .I also eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins. Every morning I drink milk ,milk helps bones become strong.
I  sleep for about 8 hours at night, and never work too hard. Over work and little sleep will lead to illness.  I also go jogging every day. It  helps me build a strong body. . Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy.
  Eat healthy food , exercise and get enough sleep , I believe you will become healthier.  Let’s do the things that are good for our bodies.
