  考研备考英语写作小作文之投诉信
投诉信也称抱怨信,曾于2012年的考研备考英语(二)中考过。一般来说用于写信人对某项服务或某个产品表达不满,经常发生在自己作为消费者利益受损或者自己的正常工作、学习、生活受到干扰的情形下,写信时要语气冷静、有礼,陈述事实客观、准确,信中需明确提出解决方式并表达期待尽快解决的心情。
一般来说,在考研备考英语中,投诉信的主体部分可按照三个步骤进行,即“三步走”策略:
首段:自我介绍,表明相关;提出投诉,陈述事由。
中段:具体解决方案。
尾段:希望重视,得到回复。
以2012年英语(二)中的小作文为例:
suppose you have found something wrong with the electronic dictionary that you bought from an online store the other day. write an email to the customer service center to
1) make a complaint, and
2) demand a prompt solution.
you should write about 100words on answer sheet 2.
do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. use “zhang wei” instead.
do not write the address.
