平衡劳动力市场的供求在酒店业的发展过程中发挥着非常重要的作用。本文首先介绍了饭店餐饮业劳动力供求的基本概念,然后分析我国饭店餐饮业劳动力供求状况,得出我国饭店餐饮业劳动力供求中存在的问题:供需失衡;高素质从业者短缺。然后分析了我国饭店餐饮业劳动力供求问题产生的原因,这有餐饮企业的原因,有社会的因素,也有劳动者自身的原因。同时对症下药,分析了饭店餐饮企业、劳动者、高校以及社会在解决我国饭店餐饮业劳动力市场问题各方面应该采取的措施:饭店餐饮企业招到人、用好人、留住人应采取的措施,劳动者转变就业观念、提高自身素质应采取的措施,社会对饭店从业者的包容等。通过对我国餐饮业劳动力市场的供给和需求分析,得出我国餐饮业劳动力市场的供给特征,为我国饭店餐饮业劳动力市场的健康发展提出合理化的建议,促进我国餐饮业的良性发展。
