    One thing that has helped me is making a to-do list each day. This way, I can prioritize my tasks and make sure I'm not forgetting anything important. I also try to take breaks throughout the day, even if it's just a few minutes to stretch or take a walk. And when I do have free time, I try to do things that I enjoy, like reading or spending time with friends.
