读后续写素材2 悲伤、压抑的情绪
（一）动作描写
人在悲伤的时候大致的表现有两类，一种是隐忍型，压抑情感，尽量不让眼泪流下来，忍不住了会默默流泪，无声啜泣。另一种是爆发型，痛哭。不同的动词描绘出不同的画面，传递出悲伤的受压抑程度和爆发的激烈程度。阅读以下句子划线部分的动作体会这些效果的同时，请注意它们的句式。
2. I tried to fight back tears. 我努力忍住眼泪。
3. Her hands shaking, she was on the verge of tears. 她的手颤抖着，几乎要哭了。（独立主格结构+介词短语作表语）
5. Treated so unfairly, she howled in pain and anger. 受到如此不公平的对待，她痛苦而愤怒地嚎哭起来。（前半句是过去分词作原因状语，后半句是介词短语作状语, in pain=painfully, in anger=angrily）
哭的其他表达： burst into tears, burst out crying放声大哭, cry one’s eyes out, 哭得很伤心/痛哭流涕, weep（wept,wept）无声哭泣, wail哀嚎/痛哭流涕，whine哀鸣，lament恸哭，howl嚎哭，blur(模糊泪眼)shed tears流泪， cry in silence无声地哭泣，couldn't/fail to contain his tears忍不住流下眼泪, couldn't help crying bitterly情不自禁痛哭起来;
悲伤地说不出话：had trouble speaking, Words can’t express one’s sadness/sorrow，Words failed her.
（二）压抑悲伤或者流泪的神态描写
1. She was numb with grief, and had trouble speaking.她悲伤到失去知觉，不能开口说话。
2. My eyes were filled with tears.我的眼里充满了泪水。(事物做主语)
3. He stood silently, tears rolling down his cheeks.他站着不说一句话，眼泪从脸颊上滚下来。(后半句独立主格）
4. Tears started welling up in Tina's eyes and falling down her cheeks.眼泪开始从蒂娜的眼睛里涌出来，落在她的脸颊上。(事物做主语)
5. With tears streaming down her face, words failed her. 眼泪顺着她的脸庞流下来，她一句话都说不出来。(with复合结构)
6. Dora lifted the lid, tears beginning to blur her vision.朵拉掀开盖子，泪水开始模糊她的视线。(后半句独立主格)
7. Sad and exhausted, he collapsed into his armchair.他又伤心又累，瘫倒在扶手椅上。(形容词作状语)

（三）心理描写
1. I had a lump in my throat as the sorrow went through my mind. 当悲伤涌上我的心头，我如鲠在喉。（比喻，事物做主语）
2. Upon hearing the bad news, she felt seized by a burst of sadness and couldn't help crying bitterly.当她听到那个坏消息，她感到一阵悲伤袭上心头，情不自禁地痛哭起来。
3. I feel like I am floating in an ocean of sadness.我觉得自己像漂浮在悲伤的海洋里。(比喻的修辞手法）
4. Hearing the news, so desperate was he that he drowned sadness in wine.听到这个消息，他绝望地把悲伤淹没在酒里。(现在分词作原因状语，so...压抑的心情倒装句)
5. At that moment, I seem to hear the sound of the collapse of the world. 就在那一瞬间，我仿佛听见了全世界崩溃的声音。（夸张）
6. My hands shook, my heart hurt and my soul felt dead. 我的手在颤抖，我的心在痛，我的灵魂仿佛死了。（三联句，夸张）
表示悲伤心情的其他表达：sb. brimmed over with sorrow某人心中满是悲伤, was/were immersed in sorrow沉浸在悲痛之中，was/were in low spirits情绪低落，sb’s heart ached/hurt.某人的心好痛, a strong sense of loss强烈的失落感，fall into despair陷入绝望，make one’s heart bleed使某人悲痛，cry one’s heart out悲痛欲绝，with a sinking/heavy/sorrowful heart; be down in spirits情绪低落，a flash of grief came upon sb感到一阵悲伤
（四）环境描写
悲伤压抑的心境可以用残阳、黄昏的暗淡、乌云、阴影、阴雨天气、阴沉、湿冷的天气，萧条破败的场景来表现，有时环境描写和心理感受交融在一起把情节推向*。
1. 用暴雨天气和暗淡的黄昏表现
The evening of this day was very long, and melancholy, at Hartfield. The weather added what it could of gloom.
