Dear students,
As the semester comes to an end, we would like to inform you of several upcoming events and important dates. Please take note of the following information and make sure to mark your calendars accordingly.
1. End-of-semester examinations
The end-of-semester examinations will be held from June 15th to June 25th. The examination schedule has been posted on the school bulletin board and the school website. Please review the schedule carefully and make sure to arrive at your designated examination room at least 30 minutes before the start time. Latecomers will not be admitted to the examination room.
2. Graduation ceremony
The graduation ceremony for the senior class will take place on June 30th at 10:00 am in the school auditorium. All graduating students are required to attend the ceremony in full graduation attire. Family and friends are welcome to attend and celebrate this important milestone with the graduates. A reception will follow the ceremony, and light refreshments will be served.
3. School trip
This year's school trip will be held on July 5th at the city's amusement park. Students will have the opportunity to enjoy the various rides and attractions at the park. The cost of the trip is $50 per student, which includes transportation, admission to the park, and lunch. Permission slips and payment are due by June 25th. Students who do not submit their permission slips and payment by the deadline will not be able to attend the trip.
4. Summer vacation
Summer vacation will begin on July 10th and end on September 1st. We encourage all stud
ents to make good use of their summer break by engaging in meaningful activities such as volunteering, pursuing hobbies, or seeking internships. We remind all students to stay safe, make responsible choices, and uphold the values of our school during the summer vacation.
5. Graduation rehearsal
There will be a mandatory graduation rehearsal for all graduating students on June 28th at 9:00 am in the school auditorium. This rehearsal is crucial for ensuring that the graduation ceremony runs smoothly, and all graduates are expected to attend. Failure to attend the rehearsal may result in the student being unable to participate in the graduation ceremony.
6. Textbook returns
All students are required to return their textbooks to the school library by June 30th. Any textbooks that are not returned by the deadline will result in a fine. Students are advised to check their lockers and study spaces for any textbooks that may have been overlooked.

For students who may be struggling academically or have questions about their future academic plans, the school guidance counselor will be available for academic counseling sessions throughout the month of June. Please sign up for a session at the guidance counselor's office.
