奖学金申请表1. 请申请人用英文填写本表。This form is to be completed by the applicant in English only.
2. 本计划申请者免交报名费。Applicants for the fellowship shall be exempted from the application processing fee.
3. 本计划申请者提交材料以其申请办法规定为准。The materials to be submitted by the applicants for the fellowship shall be in accordance with its Call.

2. 集中教学期间，接收大学安排住宿，奖学金生须按规定向接收大学交纳住宿费。非集中教学期间，奖学金生应由其培养单位协助解决住宿，奖学金生须按规定向其培养单位交纳住宿费。
