第一课时

（一） 词汇目标：
1、 商务本推荐how often 多久一次 常用来对以下状语提问：always, usually, often ,sometimes, hardly ever ,never, every day ,once a week, twice a month等。另外复习有关how的短语：how long ,how far, how many, how much, how old , how 等。
2、 exercise  v.锻炼 运动  其现在分词：exercising, 过去式:exercised
eg : He exercises every morning. n.训练，锻炼  掌握短语：take exercise (n.)=exercise (v..) 进行锻炼n.体操，练习，习题，功课（常用复数形式）短语：做早操do morning exercises , 做眼保健操 do eye exercises,做功课 do one’s exercises.
3、 hardly  adv. 几乎不， 几乎没有（表示否定意义，常与 can, could 连用）eg: He can hardly see the birds because he is too old.  hard  adv. 艰苦地， 努力地 eg: She often works/studies hard.(努力学习，努力工作)  hardly ever 很少 ，难得  用how often  提问
4、 twice  adv.两次 (= two times)  注意：three times 三次 ，four times 四次， once or twice 一两次， two or three times 两三次， three or four times 三四次,three to four times 三至四次
5、 program  n.节目 表演 eg: his favorite program 他最喜欢的节目。

(pl)/un.= not any + cn.(pl)/un. eg: No students do homework once or twice a week.=Students don’t do homework once or twice a week. no+ cn.( 单数)=not a/an+cn.(单数)no+n/doing sth 严禁做某事= Don’t do sth  eg: No talking in class .=Don’t talk in class.注意：比较all , most, some 和no所表达的数量多少或大小.
4. result n. 结果，成果  the result of …  ……的结果 ， as a result  结果（作插入语）
