成绩总结Being healthy is very important for everyone, especially for children. A healthy child will have more energy to study, and will have more free time to do something else. So how to be a healthy child?
Firstly, we should do some exercise in our spare time. Running, playing basketball or volleyball, swimming and any other exercise will help us to build our body. It will make us stronger and more healthy.
Secondly, we should go to sleep early. Be sure that we can sleep eight hours a day. Sufficient sleep can bring us sufficient energy. And it will also keep us healthy.盛子曰
Thirdly, eat more healthy food. Vegetables, fruits and less oil food will be good for our health.
