Ⅰ、教学目标：
(一)知识目标：学生能够在具体的情境中准确运用词汇should,every,enough,sleep,healthy,junk food,health,fat.以及句型“We should have enough sleep.”“We shouldn’t play computer games for too long.”
（二）能力目标：学生能够熟练运用本课所学知识谈论如何保持健康。
（三）情感目标：
1．通过学习让学生乐于张口说英语的习惯。
2.培养学生养成良好的饮食习惯和健康的生活习惯。

Step 1 Warming up
Demonstration: Students sing a  song to get down into learning English.
1. Greetings.
2. Let’s sing: An apple a day.
Do you like apples?Why? I like apples.An apple a day keeps the doctor away.We can also say “An apple a day keeps us healthy.”
Learn “healthy”.That is to say“An apple a day is good for our health.” Learn “health”.
【Purpose】 Make students relax and arouse their knowledge about Health. Strengthen their interest in studying English.
Step2 Presentation
1.Lead in:Look at the pictures of the text and say “What do they like?”
【Purpose】Arouse students’ knowledge about food and sports. It will lay a good foundation for the new lesson.
2.Guessing
Look at the pictures.What will we talk about in the text ?Can you guess?
【Purpose】Arouse students’ interest in the text.
3.Task 1 :Watch and answer皮草如何清洗和保养
Watch the cartoon and answer the question
