第一步：审题：1.确定文体：题目中明确要求写邮件邀请Henry，所以用书信体格式。 2.确定时态：参加艺术展，还没有去展会也尚未开始，用一般将来时;此外介绍剪纸艺术应用一般现在时。3.确定人称：题目明确要求“假定你是李华”，所以用第一人称“I”。
第二步：扩展：题目中并没有直接告诉我们展览的细节，所以我们必须要将其展开。时间、地点自己来定，当然中国剪纸艺术展举办地点不能太“小”，选一个既大气自己又会写的单位，时间最好选在周末。此外，其它细节得自己来添加，否则字数远远不够。比如展会的门票收不收费，展会的内容有哪些，可不可以拍照留念等等。
第三步：结构：最好将整篇文章分成3~4段。
