第一幕：（天气晴朗。小兔子正走在森林中。）
Small Rabbit: （环顾四周）Today is sunny. I am going to play with my friends, Small Monkey, Small Squirrel, Small Cat and Small Bear.Iam very happy.
(旋律响起，小兔子唱起歌来。) I am a happy rabbit, happy rabbit. Study hard everyday, everyday. I am a happy rabbit, happy rabbit.Happy to play, happy to study.
(歌唱完毕，小兔子手摸着咕咕叫的肚子。) But, now, I am very hungry. Let me eat something.
(小兔子弯下腰，开始在地面上寻食物。她发现了几个大蘑菇。) Oh, mushroom! I like it!
(小兔子开始吃起蘑菇来。突然，她发现不远处有一个巨大的萝卜。) Wow! What a big turnip! （手指向不远处的一个地方。
Over there! I like it very much!
(小兔子走到大萝卜旁边，手指着大萝卜。) I am going to pull it up! (小兔子拍拍脯。) Let me have a try!
(小兔子弯下腰去，开始准备拔萝卜。) One, two, three, pull it up! One, two, three, pull it up! Oh, no, I can’t pull it up! I am too thin.
第二幕：(这时候，小猴子蹦蹦跳跳地朝着小兔子走来。)
Small Monkey: (小猴子向小兔子招手。) Small Rabbit, what’s wrong with you?
小兔子拔萝卜
Small Rabbit: (小兔子回头看见小猴子来了，连忙招手回应。) Hey! Come here, Small Monkey! There is a big turnip! Let’s pull it up!
Small Monkey: All right! Let’s have a try!
(小兔子和小猴子一起开始拔萝卜了。)
Small Monkey& Small Rabbit: One, two, three, pull it up! One, two, three, pull it up! Oh, no, we can’t pull it up.
Small Monkey: (小猴子看看小兔子，手抓抓脑袋。)How can we do ?
第三幕：（这时候，小松鼠和小猫咪一起高兴地朝着这边走来了。）
Small Squirrel& Small Cat: (小松鼠和小猫咪一起向小兔子和小猴子招手。) Hey! My good friends, what’s wrong with you?
Small Rabbit: (小兔子转过身，向小松鼠和小猫眯招手回应。) We can’t pull up the big turnip! Help us!
Small Squirrel& Small Cat: (小松鼠和小猫眯一起跑过去。) We are coming, my friends!
Small Monkey& Small Rabbit& Small Squirrel& Small Cat：（四个小伙伴一起开始拔萝卜。）
One, two, three, pull it up, pull it up! Oh, no, we can’t pull it up.
第四幕：(这时候，小胖熊来了。)
Small Bear:(小胖熊摸摸自己的大肚子。) I’m Small Bear. I’m strong!
(小胖熊看见了他的朋友们，向他们挥手。)
Small Bear: Hey! My good friends, what’s wrong with you?
Small Rabbit:(小兔子向小胖熊招手回应。) We can’t pull up the big turnip! Come on! Help us!
Small Bear: All right! I am coming!
Small Monkey& Small Rabbit& Small Squirrel& Small Cat &Small Bear: (五个朋友一起开始拔萝卜。) One, two, three, pull it up! One, two, three, pull it up!(萝卜终于被拔出来了。) Hooray!
第五幕：(五个好朋友手拉手，唱起欢乐的歌。)
Small Rabbit: We are happy today! Now, let’s sing a song!
Small Monkey& Small Squirrel& Small Cat &Small Bear: All right!
