摘要：当今世界经济发展迅速，人民生活水平不断提高，手机的普及率越来越高。随着手机用户的增加，每年会产生大量的废旧手机。废旧手机一方面对环境构成潜在危害，一方面又具有回收利用的价值。本文对在杭高校学生进行废旧手机处理情况调研，分析现状、了解现有回收利用技术、借鉴国外的相关经验，最后提出废旧手机回收利用的建议。同时希望通过这次研究可以使在杭增强环保意识，提高对逆向物流的认识，树立循环经济的观念。

Current Situation and Strategies of Waste Mobile phones Reverse Logistics of University Students
Abstract:With the rapid development of world's economic and the improving people's lives,mobile phone penetration is higher and higher.And with the mobile phone users’increasing,it results in a large number of discarded mobile phones. Discarded mobile phones pose a potential hazard to the environment;on the other hand they have recycling value.This text analyzes the handling situation of discarded mobile phone of college students in Hangzhou by research,then learns the existing recycling technologies,and draws the relevant experience of foreign countries and puts forward the recommendations of discarded mobile phone recycling at last.Also the writer hopes that through this research can enhance the environmental a
wareness of university students in Hangzhou and increase awareness of reverse logistics and establish the concept of circular economy.
