项目名称:超高温陶瓷基复合材料微结构设计与抗烧蚀机理研究(国家自然科学基金,项目编号:90716023;国家凝固重点实验室基金,项目编号:21-TP2007
研究目的:发展集轻质、高强韧、长时耐高温、抗烧蚀为一体的高性能防热材料,满足近空间高超音速飞行器对热防护材料的要求。
研究内容:做为项目主要参与人主要研究方向有复合材料多层结构设计、抗烧蚀涂层、氧化机理、烧蚀机理。
研究成果:
掌握了反应熔体渗透法结合化学气相沉积工艺制备碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料的方法。
熟练使用SEMEDXXRD对材料进行分析,分析材料的机械及热物理性能
熟悉了材料的烧蚀实验,并能熟练地对烧蚀结果进行分析和研究。
Ceramic International上发表1英文论文;申请通过了国家专利1项,国防专利1项。
参与金额总数达110万元的实验设备(超高温反应熔体渗透设备)的购买

Mastered carbon fibre reinforced ceramic matrix composites prepared by reaction melt osmosis method combined with chemical vapor deposition proces.
