  【篇⼀】我的理想⼯作 My Ideal Job
Different people have different career outlooks. Some people want to become civil servants; some people hope to start their own business; some people dream of being freelancers, and so on.
不同的⼈有着不同的职业愿景。有些⼈想要做公务员,有的⼈想⾃⼰创业,有的⼈梦想成为⾃由职业者等等。我的工作
However, my ideal job is teaching. Firstly, I’m told that teachers have a high income. With the high income, I can open a training school to help the children in poor families with their education. Secondly, teachers always have summer and winter holidays, thus I will have more free time to relax myself. More importantly, teachers are angels to students, who can pass on the knowledge to students as well as help them develop their hobbies and interests. I can’t imagine how happy I will feel when I see my students become elites.
然⽽,我的理想是教书。⾸先,我被告知⽼师的⼯资很⾼。若有很⾼的⼯资,那我就能开个培训学校来
帮助那些贫困家庭的孩⼦。第⼆,⽼师有着寒暑假两个长假期,如此我将有时间放松。更重要的是,对学⽣来说⽼师就是天使,传授孩⼦们知识帮助他们培养⾃⼰的兴趣爱好。我⽆法想象如果我的学⽣都成为⼈才,我会多么的开⼼。
In order to be a qualified teacher, I should read more books to acquire more knowledge, and train my patience and improve my communication and handwriting abilities.
为了成为⼀名合格的⽼师,我会读更多的知识从中汲取更多知识,锻炼⾃⼰的耐⼼,提⾼⾃⼰的交际能⼒并提⾼⾃⼰的书写⽔平。
  【篇⼆】有氧运动的好处 The Benefit of Aerobic Exercise
Aerobic exercise is a series of activities which can improve our heart-lung function by maintaining longer, including running, bicycling, swimming and so on. It brings a lot of benefits to our body and psychology.
有氧运动是在长期坚持下可改善⼼肺功能的⼀系列活动。有氧运动包括跑步、骑单车、游泳等。这种运动⼗分有益于⾝⼼健康。
Physically, taking aerobic exercise advances our physical health and reduces our agony. It promotes
our heart and lung function by increasing their expansion and contraction, which is beneficial for resisting pressure from longtime labor or extra-strength work. And it improves fat consumption and metabolism, which lay a solid foundation for disease prevention. Meanwhile, it helps keep our body in a good shape by consuming the overfull calories.
⽣理上,做些有氧运动可以提⾼我们⾝体健康,减少我们的痛苦。做有氧运动可增加⼼肺的伸缩,以提⾼⼼肺功能,有益于抵御长期的劳作和加班带来的压⼒。它还能促进脂肪的消耗,促进新陈代谢,预防疾病。同时,有氧运动还能消耗多余热量,有益于保持良好体型。
Psychologically, acting aerobic exercise also conduces to our psychological health. We are able to be more confident and positive that we have capacity of doing something at the best, just like finishing our plans or achieving our destinations in exercise. Thus we can ventilate our negative feelings by doing workout so that we can strive for our dreams again.
⼼理上,进⾏有氧运动还有利于我们的⼼理健康。通过户外锻炼我们能消除负⾯情绪,才能再次为梦想奋⽃。
Hence, for the wellbeing of body and mind, let us have some aerobic exercise together.
因此,为了我们的⾝⼼健康,让我们⼀起来做有氧运动吧!
  【篇三】活在当下 Live In The Moment
You owned the happiness that someone is chasing.
你正拥有别⼈的幸福。
Just as me, I always chattered to my young sister to travel instead of working in part-time. But she is always begrudging that I have a full-time job and can financially support myself.
拿我来说,每每唠叨我妹妹,希望她多去旅⾏,不要⼀味去兼职赚钱。但是她总是说羡慕我经济独⽴。
Actually, we are the same to look for others’ happiness.
事实上,我们都是⼀样,总在羡慕别⼈的幸福。
During the college, we live relaxed, simple. In Middle ages we are experienced, distinct. In Old ages we are tolerant, satisfied.
Now we are confused, hesitated. Not young enough to depend on families, not old enough to control our life.
⼤学期间,⼤家都悠然⾃得,活得简单。等到中年,我们经验丰富,思绪清晰。⽼年时期,我们活得宽容,知⾜。现在,我们困惑,举棋不定。不能依赖亲⼈,却也不能把握现有的⽣活。
A friend who graduated from a famous university works for a famous company. This is really the life I wish to have. But I always ignored his uneasy and tired working situation.
有⼀个朋友,毕业⼤学,就职⼤公司。这就是我⼀直向往的⽣活。虽然我总是忽略他⼯作的不安与⾟苦。
It's so bad that I focus on others’ achievements. This is really a waste of life.
我对⾃⼰太失望了,⼀味羡慕别⼈的成就。反⽽浪费了⾃⼰的⽣命。
