I would like to express my sincere apologies for the poor attitude of our receptionist when she advised you of the error in your reservation. there is simply no excuse in her behavior as I assure you that the necessary action gas been taken to rectify the lack of service you should have receive.

爸、妈你们好：
岁月如歌，如今的儿子们都已长大。然而，他却在父亲的头上留下了不灭的痕迹。父亲那苍老的白发和部分脱落的头发让我看到曾今父亲为了我那高昂的学费所付出的代价。然而上学期间我从没因为父亲的辛苦向您老人家说一声谢谢!反而还经常觉得自己爸爸没有别人的爸爸又本事。然而现在我才知道父亲努力的工作就是为了让自己的儿子比别人的儿子强。至少有一个几近相同的起点。
我不是一个普通的孩子，在我上复习班的那年我患上了结核型胸膜炎。这对一个即将高考
的学生来说是一种致命的打击。然而我却没有想到他对一个普通家庭的经济压力和病在儿身痛在娘心的道理。生病期间我在医院里住了将近50天，或许这些你不觉得算什么，但当时的母亲在知道我的病有传染性的情况下，每天在我的病床前照顾我的衣食起居，从我进医院到出医院前前后后瘦了十几斤!我明显看到那些天母亲脸上的皱纹在增加和略显驼背的身躯。
我时常看一些感人的电视剧，剧中细腻的情节经常让我感激涕零。然而这段时间我仔细回想自己的生活，其实我们经常羡慕别人的丰富多彩的生活到现实中就是一种悲剧。我现在才发现精彩的生活发生到你自己身上时，你根本没有那种承受能力。
简单的生活，简单的爱才是真真正正我需要的。亲爱的爸爸妈妈我爱你们。如果让他转化为一种行动的话，爸爸我只是想给你买一个电动剃须刀;妈妈我只是想买一台洗衣机给你。
